Shipping policy

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.

Except for commissioned work, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will typically arrive within 14 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Commissioned work will be delivered according to the terms of the commission agreement stated with the first half purchase made through this website.

Please be aware your order can be delayed due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sandraparker-watercolorart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please be aware that some art prints may not fit into a P.O. Box. If our shipping carrier returns your order to us, you will be charged again for shipping to a new address.
